MicroScribe portable CMM solution includes capabilities
to support traditional blueprint part inspection. Using
Verisurf
model-based definition software,
CAD model specifications, including full geometric
dimensioning and tolerancing descriptions, can be
automatically imported. You can then quickly validate
geometries simply by taking measurements with the
MicroScribe portable CMM. The measurements are displayed
on the computer screen, tagged in red (out of tolerance)
or green (within tolerance).
The
MicroScribe portable CMM and
Verisurf
solution also provides automatic feature recognition,
which helps ensure that a complete inspection is
efficiently performed. An inspection report is
automatically produced for each entity inspected.
The
